We are hosting a spaghetti lunch tomorrow at our church in Jonquiere. We feel so blessed that the whole church is helping us! We've spent the evening preparing mass amounts of sauce and spaghetti!
If you have a moment tonight can you please pray for our day tomorrow. Pray for:
- organization and that the afternoon will run smoothly
- for us to have great fellowship and great conversations with the people in our church
- that people would feel encouraged and inspired to go out into the mission field. whether that be another country or that they feel encouraged to get more involved in their own community
- and that the Lord will abundantly bless everyone who comes and all those who give
Here's some pics of our evening while preparing the spaghetti.
MASS amounts of spaghetti.
These pictures are about half of what we've made!
Thanks for all of your support and love. I can't believe we are leaving in three weeks!
Our first newsletter is coming out this week! We will put it here on the blog and we will send it to your email.
If you are not on the email list, send us a message and we will put you on the list!
Bonjour mes amis!

15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
Have a great evening everyone.

Missions Training
Hello all!
This past week from Tuesday to Friday we did our missions training in Montreal, Quebec. It was an incredible week! We were lead by a passionate missionary couple named Willie and Angela. We were mightily blessed while we were there and we learned so much. We were met by God's presence the entire time we were there and we left feeling so encouraged. We did sessions on several different topics to get us ready for our short term trip. Such as; finances, spiritual warfare & the occult, the basics of evangelism, what does S I M believe, and we learned more about Zambia. We left their home totally on fire and passionate about what we are going to be doing in Zambia.
On Friday morning we skyped with the missionary we are going to be staying with in Zambia. She answered our questions about what to wear (ranging from our shoes to what to wear to church), how to greet people when we arrive, and what to pack for our rural camping trip! She also shared her passion for the APPLE ministry and her prayers for the ministry's future. Dan and I loved seeing her vision for the young people of Zambia and we are now so excited to be a part of it!
If you want a prayer bookmark we can mail one to you, just message me with your email address. Also soon I will be putting up info on how to donate to us or the ministry!
We love you all!

Psalm 139
For the director of music. Of David. A psalm.
1 You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book

17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.
19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
